Senior/Lead Data Engineer (Spark/Snowflake)

What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end data solutions, pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Build and maintain data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Hadoop, dbt, Fivetran, and Azure Data Factory.
• Lead complete project life-cycle activities across development and maintenance projects.
• Manage projects and teams while providing technical leadership and delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Support pre-sales activities through project scoping, estimation, and client presentations.
• Build client relationships and contribute to practice development and complex consulting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with knowledge of modern data technologies.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, globally distributed teams, and complex or large projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills; willingness to travel is required.
