Seasonal Recruiter

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States; onsite in an NFL office five days a week. Remote and hybrid work are not offered.

Salary: $30–$40 USD per hour

What you will do

• Manage 40–50+ seasonal requisitions simultaneously across multiple departments and locations.
• Run full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, including screening, interviewing, offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for temporary roles across media, production, and game operations.
• Build talent pipelines and support recurring seasonal staffing and early-career recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners on headcount planning and hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse, provide search updates, represent the NFL at hiring events, and ensure compliant and equitable hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing 40–50+ requisitions simultaneously and supporting large-scale, fast-turnaround staffing initiatives.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HireVue, or comparable recruitment platforms.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and corporate recruitment processes.
• Excellent candidate management, project management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work onsite in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, five days per week.
