Contract Recruiter (Vault)

Location: Onsite at the vault

Salary: $40 per hour

What you will do

• Own Inventory Associate hiring from sourcing through offer and start.
• Build and run a repeatable high-volume hiring process, including group interviews and recurring hiring events.
• Source, engage, screen, and manage candidates through interview stages.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback in Ashby, and support offer closing.
• Follow up before start dates to reduce candidate fallout and provide weekly pipeline updates.
• Document hiring processes, templates, and sourcing channels for transfer to hirify.global.

Requirements

• Experience managing full-cycle, high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite at the vault.
• Capacity to provide up to 40 hours of services per week, with a maximum of 520 hours over the 90-day term.
• Ability to manage weekly performance targets and hiring conversion standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experience running group interviews and recurring hiring events.
