Location: Remote (Global). Availability: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Salary: $15–$35 per hour (for candidates in CA, NY, WA, and CO)

What you will do
- Draft and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct interviews via Zoom.
- Coordinate and administer skills tests and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate data within the recruiting database.
- Support HR initiatives, including employee development, training workshops, and company events.
- Conduct exit interviews and handle confidential HR documentation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, or general HR functions.
- English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
- Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Reliable remote workstation with a fast computer and stable internet connection.
Nice to have
- International recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR tools.
- Experience coordinating hiring workflows or supporting employee training.
