Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Cycle Hire)

Location: Remote telecommuter role; 0–10% domestic travel. The engagement is planned for six months, from October 2026 through April 2027.

Salary: $78,000–$81,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through manager-level roles and temporary hires.
• Source candidates across advertising platforms, professional networks, universities, community organizations, social media, referrals, and industry associations.
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, coordinate panel interviews, and prepare standardized selection materials.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake sessions, candidate criteria, pipeline updates, and data-driven selection decisions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment analytics, and KPIs in Lever ATS and SuccessFactors HRIS.
• Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, onboarding handoffs, and candidate communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience with a record of successful full-cycle hiring.
• Experience with or ability to learn applicant tracking and HR systems, including Lever and SuccessFactors.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to recruit diverse talent, build professional relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and organizational policies, including federal, state, and local compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• APHR, PHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, CDR, TAS, or another HR or recruitment certification.
• Recruiting experience for nonprofit organizing, advocacy, electoral campaigns, public policy, or communications roles.
• Familiarity with labor-law trends and recruitment best practices.
