Senior HR Recruiter

Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA; hybrid schedule with 1 day in the office and 4 days remote.

Salary: $48–50 per hour on W-2; 12-month engagement. No 1099, CTC, or third-party arrangements.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle corporate recruiting, including research and candidate sourcing.
• Consult with multiple hiring managers simultaneously and build effective working relationships.
• Influence hiring decisions and drive recruiting results in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop innovative approaches to attract and recruit diverse talent.
• Apply compensation and general HR knowledge to hiring activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these areas.
• 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience covering the full recruitment lifecycle, research, and sourcing.
• 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers and their teams.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• Experience with Workday applicant tracking system.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
