Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; listed locations include Denver, CO; Ashburn, VA; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Lakeland, FL; and Jacksonville, FL.

Salary: $30–$35 per hour.

What you will do

• Partner with department managers to define hiring criteria and create accurate job descriptions.
• Manage job postings, advertising, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and initial screening.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Support offer processes by recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and related details.
• Maintain recruiting reports and ATS data in Lever.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency is required.
• Strong relationship-building, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience with all phases of recruitment and hiring; at least five years is highly preferred.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is highly preferred; Lever experience is preferred.
• Ability to recruit for high-volume, operations-focused roles and assess candidates in video interviews.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in the telecommunications or data center industry.
• Experience recruiting for HVAC, mechanical, technician, or similar operations roles.
• Recruiting agency experience.
• Passive sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
