Service Planning Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas 78217; candidates must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

Salary: $31,819–$58,865 per year.

What you will do

• Create approximately 70 daily and weekly route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Analyze route plans, resource availability, territory structure, customer demand, and route capacity.
• Communicate assigned-territory routes to service personnel.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information.
• Review plans with the Service Planning Supervisor and prepare daily summary reports and metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and service-industry experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service agent.
• Fluent spoken, written, and read English is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, attention to detail, and quantitative analytical skills.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and interpret business documents and procedures.
