Service Planning Specialist

Location: Remote, associated with Columbia, South Carolina

What you will do

• Create daily and weekly route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Analyze territory plans, resource availability, schedule capacity, and recurring service demand.
• Communicate routes to service personnel, branch managers, technicians, and contact center colleagues.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, customer information, and branch service data.
• Prepare daily summary reports and review plans with the Service Planning Supervisor.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service agent.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and service-industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software and branch service operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks, interpret business and procedural documents, and interact effectively with colleagues and the public.
