Logistics Analyst - Dispatcher

Location: Lewisville, TX, USA; onsite position. Closing shift: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or until the last driver returns.

What you will do

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, containers, and daily routing activities to maximize capacity, productivity, profitability, and service reliability.
• Analyze route data and update daily and next-day plans using the internal routing platform.
• Monitor routes in progress, resolve operational issues, and provide drivers with timely instructions and information.
• Manage missed pickups, service commitments, customer communications, and route-related service exceptions.
• Review route sequencing, swing-route opportunities, disposal plans, load assignments, and opportunities to pull service requests forward.
• Monitor driver safety, asset security, performance concerns, and compliance with hours-of-service and weight requirements.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in a customer-facing position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and execute time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Two years of prior experience in a dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Lewisville, Texas, during the closing shift.
