Logistics Analyst-Dispatcher Onsite

What you will do

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, containers, routes, and daily capacity planning.
• Analyze route data and update routing plans to improve efficiency, accuracy, capacity, and profitability.
• Monitor routes in real time, resolve in-transit issues, and ensure pickups and deliveries remain on schedule.
• Manage driver communication, safety, security, performance concerns, and operational direction.
• Handle missed pickups, service exceptions, customer commitments, and route-related communications.
• Coordinate disposal plans and route recommendations with the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of dispatcher or similar leadership experience preferred.
