What you will do

• Lead a dynamic business analytics team within the credit risk department.
• Deliver analysis, modeling, reporting, and automated tools to support profitable business decisions.
• Develop short- and long-term analytics roadmaps for credit risk teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Support the implementation of risk models, strategies, and account-management platforms.
• Drive process improvements and innovation through advanced analytical techniques and leading-edge tools.
• Collaborate with business partners and external industry vendors on the design and delivery of risk tools and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing analytics teams and fostering collaboration across diverse groups.
• Deep expertise in business analytics, credit risk, advanced analytical techniques, risk models, and automated tools.
• Strategic thinking and experience developing and implementing business analytics roadmaps.
• Strong leadership, resource-management, communication, reporting, and data-quality capabilities.
• Commitment to compliance, privacy, information retention, and information-security policies.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
