Senior Consultant, Client Support

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; on-site and remote work proportions will be discussed during the interview

What you will do

• Provide specialized client experience advice and consultation to leadership teams.
• Lead moderately to highly complex projects that improve processes, products, and services.
• Gather and document complex business requirements with business partners.
• Facilitate solution design discussions and prepare solution design documentation.
• Support end-to-end implementation as a subject matter expert and guide technology and project professionals.
• Represent the business on initiatives supporting Mobile Advice and Personal and Small Business Banking.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and enhancing business processes.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, develop proposals and recommendations, and resolve operational and process issues.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
