Sr. Consultant, Business Effectiveness (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Lead moderately to highly complex initiatives that improve and evolve processes, products, and services.
• Provide specialized business consulting, liaison, influence, and implementation support across portfolio initiatives.
• Develop executive materials, business management activities, process improvements, roadmaps, and practical resources.
• Analyze business situations, research relevant data, identify trends, and provide reporting and actionable insights.
• Present progress updates, risks, recommendations, and solutions to business partners and senior leaders.
• Support employee survey and action-plan initiatives by coordinating committees and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of channels, processes, products, technology, operations, back-office functions, and business controls.
• Well-developed project management, strategic planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to convert strategy into actionable plans and make sound judgments on complex issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to work across organizational levels.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
