CDI - Merchandise/Demand Planner (Apparel)

Location: Annecy, France; hybrid working with up to 10 remote working days per month

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing apparel, footwear, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.

What you will do

• Develop and validate phased regional sales and demand plans for the apparel category by market, channel, and SKU.
• Collect regional plans and facilitate Regional Demand Management Reviews for assigned markets.
• Analyze plan gaps, inconsistencies, timing, buffer viability, and product prioritization.
• Provide demand review outputs for Global Demand Review meetings and ensure consistent use of planning tools.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service performance, and overstock or stock-out risks.
• Coordinate corrective actions, inventory reduction plans, and responsible purchasing practices across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Demand Planning in an international, multi-regional environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and an advanced planning tool such as SAP.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, functional leadership, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English at C1 level is required.
