Logistics & Sustainability Manager

Location: Paris, France. An EU Working Permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

What you will do

• Oversee the distribution network for Retail and Away From Home channels, ensuring warehouse capacity meets business needs.
• Manage the annual logistics budget and drive cost benefits through supply chain initiatives.
• Maintain transportation and repacking performance, monitor logistics parameters and haulier performance, and prepare tenders with the European procurement team.
• Lead projects, deliver savings, and benchmark logistics best practices.
• Develop and lead the ESG roadmap, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and supply chain losses.
• Manage and develop functional experts and participate in the French supply chain leadership team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or engineering with a Supply Chain specialization.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including mandatory warehousing and distribution experience.
• Good understanding of FMCG, retailers, and 3PL providers.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong communication, project management, and change adaptation skills.

• Experience in planning, customer service, or manufacturing.
• People management experience.
