Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Malang, Malang City, East Java, Indonesia

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data, including inventory, demand forecasts, supplier performance, and logistics metrics.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics for management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate supply chain processes and implement improvements across inventory, transportation, supplier management, and material flow.
• Build and maintain demand forecasting models using historical sales data and market trends.
• Optimize inventory investment, stock levels, safety stock, replenishment policies, and stockout risk.
• Provide analytical support for system implementations, process re-engineering, product launches, and other cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and planning or a related operational function.
• Intermediate or higher Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Self-initiative, problem-solving ability, result orientation, and strong communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, IT, operations, finance, and sales.
• CSCA, CSCP, or another relevant supply chain certification.
