Operations Leadership Development Program

Location: Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Philadelphia, PA; or Denver, CO. Hybrid schedule with in-person work three days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and should be prepared to relocate to their selected location at their own expense if necessary.

Salary: $62,600–$104,300 USD annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Rotate through operations-focused roles supporting client, customer, and provider experiences.
• Create reporting and dashboards to monitor operational processes and performance.
• Lead projects and programs focused on process improvement, efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience.
• Develop data-driven recommendations using reporting, analytics, operational measurement, and statistical process control.
• Support governance, performance management, strategic planning, technical initiatives, and automation.
• Influence stakeholders, build alignment across matrixed teams, and lead teams responsible for operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a senior in a bachelor's degree program in operations, supply chain, logistics, healthcare administration, or a related business field, or possess relevant professional or hands-on experience.
• At least one internship or relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week beginning June 28, 2027, with in-person work three days per week.

Nice to have

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Foundation in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, and financial acumen.
• Experience with data, reporting, dashboards, analytics, or technical tools.

Hiring process

• Recruiter phone screen followed by up to three interview rounds.
• Final interview day is conducted in person, with travel expected to the Bloomfield office on October 27–28.
