Operations Associate

Location: On-site in New York City

Salary: $70K–$85K annually plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B fintech company that automates the management of private investments through a platform for standardized investment data, documents, and insights.

What you will do

• Complete four three-month rotations across Operations, including Implementation, Client Success, and Data Operations.
• Support client onboarding, organize complex investment information, solve problems, and contribute to a strong client experience.
• Reconcile information across clients, fund managers, and internal teams, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
• Monitor data, collect documents, manage processes, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Investigate ambiguous problems, use data and context to develop recommendations, and improve workflows and systems.
• Seek feedback, apply learnings across rotations, and build the skills of a strong operator and future leader.

Requirements

• Current college senior graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Demonstrated ownership through projects, clubs, internships, jobs, or other leadership experiences.
• Clear communication skills and experience developing transferable client-facing or audience-adaptation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage details, follow through, and solve problems independently.
• Genuine interest in technology, finance, investing, or the private investment space.
• Willingness to work on-site daily in the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data through coursework, internships, resehirify.global, or projects.
• On-campus leadership experience and involvement.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python, or enthusiasm for learning them.
• Experience using technology or AI to work more efficiently or improve a process.
