What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, develop, and support staff to meet performance and customer service goals.
• Oversee daily yard and facility operations, ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, payroll, cash handling, daily deposits, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, compliance documentation, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews while addressing staff and customer concerns.
• Travel occasionally to other locations, respond to facility alarms when needed, and work in office and outdoor environments across varied weather conditions.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in operations management or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, motivate, and manage employees across multiple processes.
• Customer service, conflict resolution, basic accounting, and inventory management skills.
• Fluent English and valid transportation required; typing speed of at least 45 words per minute required.
