Salary: $72,000–$99,100 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement business approaches and strategies for contract requirements.
• Manage service delivery, staff performance, program metrics, budgets, and invoicing.
• Recruit, manage, retain, coach, and train high-quality staff.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and federal, state, and county agencies.
• Prepare progress reports, address operational risks, and participate in project management meetings.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience managing teams of direct-report employees.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting federal and state laws, regulations, and statutes.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently across multiple initiatives.
