Operations Manager - Shift

Location: Flushing, NY, United States; some travel is required.

Salary: $80,000–$87,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct facilities programs and implement company policies to meet customer contract requirements.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and supervise facilities support teams.
• Inspect sites, conduct quality and safety audits, and maintain inventory, equipment, and service standards.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, and contract-related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Support long-range plans, process improvements, proposals, and capital requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, plus 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management skills.
• Experience with presentations, interviewing, coaching, training, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to supervise employees, manage performance, resolve complaints, and ensure safety training.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
