Front Line Manager

Salary: $60,000–$105,100 per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Complete a structured six-week management development program for Service Operations.
• Support store procedures and operational processes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Learn end-to-end production processes, including inventory management and cosmetic or mechanical repair.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and meet production goals.
• Prepare to transition into a leadership role managing associates and driving performance.
• Manage department or location environmental, health, and safety activities, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve operational goals.
• Strong data interpretation and record-accuracy skills for process compliance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with associates and customers.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Valid driver’s license, flexibility to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, varied schedules, and occasional travel.

• 3+ years of management experience.
