Associate District Manager

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; full-time onsite role

Annual compensation: $74,400–$82,400, including base pay, guaranteed quarterly bonus, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Manage, recruit, motivate, coach, and retain customer-facing teams across multiple locations.
• Drive customer service, sales performance, and operational excellence across the district.
• Oversee facility maintenance, repair systems, vendor management, cleaning standards, and safety compliance.
• Coach teams on delinquent tenant processes, including auctions, to reduce delinquency and improve retention.
• Conduct monthly property audits and use analytics to identify trends and implement growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and provide occasional support to other markets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams of non-exempt employees in retail, service, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Strong communication and time-management skills, with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Weekend availability by telephone and availability to work six peak-season weekends per year, one day per weekend.
• Ability to relocate within the United States for lateral or promotional opportunities.
