Operations Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

Provides management services and operational support for customer contracts.

What you will do

• Coordinate and direct operations required to fulfill contractual responsibilities for customers.
• Develop service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and monitor compliance.
• Inspect facilities and evaluate safety, quality, service delivery, equipment, supplies, and use of space.
• Support budgets, cost estimates, bid sheets, contracts, program specifications, and long-range improvement plans.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support employees while addressing operational and customer issues.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Management or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, time-management, planning, and project-management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, compounds, chemicals, and safe operating practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to interpret procedures and manuals, present information, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Ability to sit, talk, listen, and lift or move up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification, where required.
