Client Servicing Analyst (Graduate Role) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with institutional investment clients and support their accounting, reporting, and analytics needs.
• Respond to client enquiries across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide accurate information on financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Perform account setup, client lockdowns, compliance checks, and reconciliation validation.
• Validate investment data against third-party market sources and reconcile transactions using proprietary tools.
• Resolve client queries proactively and contribute to team and client-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, Science, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of financial or accounting concepts and an interest in the investment industry.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, documentation, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
