What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership across the DACH region.
• Drive revenue growth by securing contract renewals, expansions, and upsells through strategic negotiations.
• Translate partner needs into service improvements using the full hirify.global platform suite.
• Analyze service performance data to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Advocate for partner needs internally, championing new product capabilities and service scopes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, or high-growth tech.
• Fluency in German (C2/Native) and English is mandatory.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable strategic insights.
• Proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex, politically sensitive environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking full ownership of a strategic portfolio.
