Senior Manager, Global Event Production

Location: New York, New York, United States. This role requires onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium; remote and hybrid options are not offered. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for approximately 30% of the time is required. Evening and weekend work may be required. No relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Support the planning and operational delivery of large- and small-scale hirify.global events across the United States and international markets.
• Help deliver Super Bowl, Draft, Combine, hirify.global FLAG, gameday and non-gameday fan experiences, watch parties, club activations, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate event components including security, health and safety, local authorities, programming, scheduling, branding, procurement, and community engagement.
• Track event budgets, monitor costs against targets, and identify delivery risks and opportunities.
• Support the day-to-day management of event agencies, RFP processes, vendor onboarding, and partner relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, city and host authorities, government sports bodies, stadiums, teams, local organizing committees, and commercial partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the events and/or hospitality industry.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale fan or public events and supporting event budgets.
• Experience working with multiple partners and agencies, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience supporting or mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support revenue-generating initiatives.
• Strong organization, communication, presentation, problem-solving, judgment, adaptability, and time-management skills.
