Senior Manager Executive Protection

Location: New York City, NY; onsite. Full-time position requiring frequent travel, extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and work in a 24/7 environment.

Salary: $96,000–$180,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Support executive protection operations, sports team security programs, special events, high-profile engagements, and crisis response.
• Perform operational advance work, family support logistics, protective operations, and counter-surveillance activities.
• Conduct sensitive investigations involving threats, fraud, corruption, misconduct, and security breaches.
• Support anti-counterfeit ticketing and merchandise operations.
• Assist with red team operations and penetration testing across MSG venues.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and regulatory bodies while coordinating with executive support staff and sports team operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience, including 6+ years in executive protection, law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven protective operations experience, preferably supporting professional sports teams or high-net-worth principals.
• Strong case management, time management, communication, analytical, and autonomous prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with investigative and intelligence tools, digital review systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid New York State driver’s license and successful completion of the company-administered physical fitness examination required.
