Global Compensation Manager

Location: Asturias, Spain

Salary: €72,800–€113,750 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Execute the global compensation strategy in line with business objectives and the total rewards philosophy.
• Manage base salary, annual incentive, sales incentive, and recognition programs.
• Lead annual compensation planning, merit cycles, benchmarking, market analysis, and salary structure reviews.
• Advise business leaders and HR teams on job evaluations, pay equity, reorganizations, and market competitiveness.
• Develop global compensation guidelines and support education for leaders and HR partners.
• Manage consultants and vendors while driving compliance, data analysis, process optimization, and Workday improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience designing and managing compensation programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Knowledge of relevant compensation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation.
