Senior HR Generalist

What you will do

• Advise line managers and employees on HR matters and cooperate with the works council.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job descriptions, advertising, applicant pre-selection, and interviews.
• Administer the full employee lifecycle from joining to leaving the company.
• Plan and manage training and further education, including follow-up activities.
• Manage compensation processes, prepare key figures and year-end statements, and coordinate with an external payroll provider.
• Maintain the time and attendance system, implement global HR procedures, and lead employee satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in business administration and further education in HR.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, income tax law, and social security law.
• Experience working in a company covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
• Professional knowledge of relevant HR operations and familiarity with HR database systems.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level.
