What you will do

• Coordinate, monitor, and optimize payroll services for assigned clients.
• Manage service launches, including procedures manuals and payroll schedules.
• Act as the primary contact for client service follow-up and manage local client relationships.
• Track corporate-level activities for international clients and monitor service delivery.
• Track client billing and process purchase orders for additional services.
• Provide expert guidance to consultants on government procedures, labor regulations, and payroll optimization.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labor law.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, prioritization, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.
• Spanish and English proficiency are essential.
