What you will do

• Support HR initiatives related to employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and digitize HR processes.
• Help design and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve HR efficiency.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives with HR teams and business partners.
• Assist with digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities for HR services and employee support.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and contribute ideas to HR challenges.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, communications, engineering, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in people, organizational culture, employee experience, process improvement, digital innovation, and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and ownership.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
