Senior Workday HRIS Analyst / Team Lead (m/f/d) (AI)

Location: Open to candidates based in Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Ireland; applicants from other locations are also encouraged to apply. Fully remote work is welcome.

What you will do

• Lead the global implementation, rollout, enhancement, and optimization of Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and Compensation, with a focus on Advanced Compensation, job architecture, salary benchmarking, merit planning, bonus programs, pay ranges, and reporting.
• Act as a functional expert in at least one additional Workday module, such as Talent & Performance, Reporting & Analytics, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, or Absence Management.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, business leaders, and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and develop integrations.
• Support works council consultations, regulatory requirements, local labor law compliance, governance, and system documentation.
• Lead workshops and training, troubleshoot system issues, and evaluate Workday releases, AI capabilities, automation, and digital HR innovations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with end-to-end implementation, AMS, or rollout of Workday Core HCM modules for American, European, and APAC businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Core HCM localization, legislative requirements, regional compliance, and regulatory frameworks across APAC, Europe, and North America.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM and Compensation.
• Experience leading or supporting workshops for Workday Core HCM projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Workday advanced module beyond Core HCM.
• English is required. Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
