Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) - Tech/IT Hiring

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, Design, ML/AI, Platform, and Data roles across multiple seniority levels.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, sourcing methods, and assessment approaches.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, competitor analysis, and engagement of passive candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data, track performance metrics, and provide insights for hiring decisions.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements across the hiring funnel.
• Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects and strengthen the candidate experience and employer brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing product companies or scale-ups.
• Experience hiring in the Polish technology talent market is required.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to influence senior hiring decisions.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition fundamentals and modern sourcing methods, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Fluent English required.
