Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations, project management, and skilled labor roles.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, military talent, and technical talent channels.
• Manage intake meetings, sourcing strategies, screening, interview coordination, and requisition closure in Avature.
• Partner with sourcers, coordinators, agencies, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver hiring outcomes.
• Improve recruiting processes, technology, speed, quality, accuracy, and accountability.
• Train and support hiring managers, conduct interviews, and contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with high-volume, complex, or multi-site recruiting in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical and industrial roles, including field engineering, service operations, skilled trades, and maintenance.
• Ability to partner with operations and engineering leaders on hiring strategies, workforce plans, and risk mitigation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; travel up to 20% may be required.

• Experience in energy, power generation, aerospace, oil and gas, or heavy industry.
