Senior Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; hybrid work required

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines of qualified software engineering candidates through job boards, networking, social media, events, and direct outreach.
• Partner with engineering stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment needs, market trends, and tailored hiring solutions.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and provide timely, constructive feedback through onboarding.
• Track recruitment progress and outcomes, prepare reports, and use data to improve hiring processes.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and assess agency-referred candidates against company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter within the software engineering sector.
• Strong sourcing, networking, relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, particularly Lever.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Warsaw office.
• Business-level English proficiency, B2 CEFR or above.
