What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, go-to-market, and Operations roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership throughout the hiring process.
• Develop sourcing strategies and close high-quality candidates for diverse roles.
• Improve candidate experience, time-to-hire, and recruitment processes.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition strategy and employer brand development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to source and close high-quality candidates for diverse positions.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting platforms.
