What you will do

• Evaluate outpatient and inpatient patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Set function-based goals and support mobility, functional progress, and long-term outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, adapting communication to maximize understanding and engagement.
• Document assessments, plans, and progress in the electronic medical record and complete payer documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams, supervise new staff or students when assigned, and maintain clinical competency.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong time-management, communication, documentation, patient-handling, and clinical judgment skills.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred, ideally 1–2 years.

Nice to have

• Graston Technique experience.
• Lymphedema certification.
• Dry needling experience.
