Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pelvic Floor - Full Time (32hrs/week)

Location: 43 Village Square, Chelmsford, MA, United States — onsite outpatient clinic. Full-time schedule of 32 hours per week with flexible Monday–Friday day/evening shifts and at least two evening shifts per week.

Salary: $84,300.22–$107,481.20 per year.

What you will do

• Evaluate, reassess, and treat pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations.
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals across musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, physical modalities, manual treatment techniques, patient education, and discharge-planning support.
• Document patient care accurately and on time in medical records while following billing, insurance, departmental, and Joint Commission requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, educate, and assess staff therapists, students, and aides, serving as a clinical resource in pelvic floor therapy.
• Coordinate clinic staffing, referrals, case conferences, quality-improvement activities, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and graduation from an approved physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license required.
• Pelvic Floor Specialty credentials required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Three years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, work independently, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
