Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Worcester, MA, United States; onsite role

Salary: $50–$52/hour based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees

hirify.global is recruiting for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing patient-centered rehabilitation care.

What you will do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy.
• Improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and independence across short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care.
• Recommend and train patients to use assistive devices and mobility equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and rehabilitation professionals.
• Complete timely documentation in an electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT or MPT degree.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License required before the interview.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Full-time availability for a Monday–Friday schedule.

Nice to have

• Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care experience.
• NetHealth EMR experience.
• Outpatient experience.
