Home Health Physical Therapist

Location: Malden, Massachusetts and surrounding areas; full-time, 40 hours per week, with weekend and holiday commitment.

Pay range: $91,879.42–$117,150.49 annually.

What you will do

• Evaluate, reassess, and treat patients with a range of diagnoses across pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals addressing musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary needs.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, activities, modalities, education, and discharge-planning support to patients and families.
• Supervise, educate, mentor, and assess staff therapists, senior therapists, students, and aides.
• Coordinate referrals, clinic staffing, patient caseloads, team meetings, rounds, and interdisciplinary case conferences.
• Maintain timely medical-record documentation, support billing compliance, and contribute to quality improvement and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an approved physical therapy school.
• Current Physical Therapy license; New Hampshire licensure may be required depending on the assigned territory and operational need.
• At least three years of clinical experience, including one year in an acute care setting.
• APTA membership or equivalent specialty membership.
• Ability to work in Malden, Massachusetts and surrounding areas and provide in-person patient care, including weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Doctorate.
• Five years of clinical experience.
