Associate Recruitment Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Sales and Corporate roles, from requisition intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, hiring approaches, and structured intake processes.
• Maintain Greenhouse workflows, scorecards, interview kits, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
• Build proactive talent pipelines, gather market insights, and conduct competitor mapping.
• Use AI tools, automation, and data insights to improve sourcing, screening, and funnel efficiency.
• Support global Talent Acquisition projects and deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Some experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or high-tech environment.
• Exposure to Sales and/or Corporate hiring and experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience, including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support, is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment or a strong interest in learning them.
• Understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, data awareness, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a remote, time-zone-flexible environment.
