What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from translating business needs into job specifications and adverts through sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Build talent pipelines through professional networks, communities, industry events, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Support workforce growth and hiring plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Improve candidate experience, assessment consistency, interview processes, employer branding, and employee value proposition projects.
• Use AI and automation to create scalable talent processes and apply data-driven hiring performance and pipeline reporting.
• Facilitate hiring and assessment workshops and provide market insight across Talent, AI, Sales, and go-to-market functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Proven experience hiring high-performing talent and managing recruitment globally.
• Ability to meet and exceed hiring objectives and targets in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels and articulating ideas and strategies clearly.
• Self-starter with a data-driven, efficient, and accountable approach.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founding recruiter or in a fast-growing startup or scaleup.
• Experience across agency, RPO, and internal recruitment environments.
• Experience using AI recruitment tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Background in a startup, scaleup, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity business.
