Associate Recruitment Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, based in Europe, with flexibility across time zones.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales and Corporate roles, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, hiring approaches, and structured interview processes.
• Operate Greenhouse ATS, maintaining accurate data, workflows, scorecards, interview kits, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Build proactive talent pipelines, conduct market and competitor research, and develop talent strategies.
• Use AI tools, sourcing methods, automation, and data insights to improve sourcing, screening, and funnel efficiency.
• Support global Talent Acquisition projects, including process improvement, employer branding, and interview excellence.

Requirements

• Some experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience or exposure to hiring for Sales and/or Corporate roles and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred, including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support.
• Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment or a strong interest in learning them.
• Understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices, with the ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and pace.
• Strong organisation, proactive execution, commercial curiosity, and comfort working remotely across time zones.
