What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment, including job specifications, sourcing, assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build talent pipelines through professional networks, communities, industry events, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, future hiring demand, and candidate-focused interview processes.
• Support employer branding and employee value proposition projects while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Use AI and automation to develop scalable, consistent, and fair recruitment processes.
• Report on hiring performance, targets, and pipeline metrics, and facilitate workshops on hiring and assessment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in-house or in an agency environment.
• Proven experience hiring high-performing talent globally.
• Experience meeting and exceeding hiring objectives and targets.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise changing demands, and communicate ideas and strategies clearly.
• Data-driven and efficient approach, with the ability to make an impact quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founding recruiter or in a fast-growing startup or scaleup.
• Background spanning agency, RPO, and internal recruitment.
• Experience using AI recruitment tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Previous experience in a startup, scaleup, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity business.
