Service Strategy & Analytics Analyst (AI)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; onsite

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze large-scale service operations data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across the customer service journey.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Apply predictive analytics and forecasting for workforce capacity, demand trends, and proactive planning.
• Explore and pilot AI, ML, and generative AI tools for data preparation, reporting, and pattern detection.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and planning models with clear recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Field Service, HR, Finance, and Customer Care teams on data-driven strategic initiatives and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or strategic planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Interest in or hands-on experience applying AI tools to analytics or automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or AI/ML tools for advanced analytics.
• Experience using generative AI to accelerate analytical work.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
