Staff AI Data Analytics Engineer

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid. Up to 10% travel to client and customer locations may be required.

Base salary: $149,000–$204,600 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Aggregate and unify operations data from multiple systems.
• Design scalable data models and production-grade pipelines for reliable, real-time analytics.
• Build agentic AI workflows that automate analysis, reporting, insight generation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards with real-time visibility and historical trend analysis.
• Analyze risks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps, then provide data-driven recommendations.
• Establish data governance, metric ownership, source-of-truth alignment, and data quality standards across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Science, including statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Experience building agentic AI frameworks for analytics automation.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets, scalable data models, production-grade pipelines, and analytics systems.
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring speed, ownership, and adaptability.
