Data Analyst (Supply Chain & Operations)

Location: Phoenix, AZ; full-time onsite. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to semiconductor manufacturing facilities, construction sites, customer locations, and active project environments. Occasional local travel may be required.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business, supply chain, procurement, project, and operational data.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, metrics, KPIs, dashboards, charts, and visualizations.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, materials, suppliers, orders, lead times, costs, and operational performance.
• Identify shortages, delays, discrepancies, trends, and operational risks, then provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, project management, finance, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain management, statistics, finance, business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, supply chain, procurement, operations, business analytics, or a related field.
• Bilingual Chinese and English communication skills are required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, PivotTables, data visualization, charts, and data organization.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, plus SQL, Python, or other data-analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and data-quality skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, or operational data.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP and business systems.
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, engineering, construction, or logistics environments.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
