Location: Dallas, Texas, or remote within the United States; remote work excludes Alaska, Delaware, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming

What you will do

• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to board-level reporting and strategic presentations.
• Build and maintain scalable datasets, ETL processes, reusable data pipelines, and analytics solutions.
• Aggregate and analyze data from multiple systems to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product, technology, and business teams to improve automation and data infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy while mentoring analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, computer science, data analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data warehousing.
• Advanced analytical, statistical, SQL, and programming skills, including Python or a similar language.
• Experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle, plus ETL processes, data pipelines, and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with dbt, Dagster, GitHub, Git-based workflows, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and mentoring skills, with comfort using AI-enabled development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Notion and other knowledge management or documentation tools.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
